Very good value for the money. Nicely decorated rooms, cozy atmosphere and you can by tasty french pasteries in the attached bakery. There are a few kilometres to the beach but they have a bike rental service. The room was very nice. We liked it a lot.

If you plan to stay in Tulum you can either stay on the beach, which is lovely but very expensive or you can stay in town. What a great find this little inn turned out to be, staff was really great, sweet kitties all over the property was such a treat! Only thing they could possibly do any better on would be the rock hard beds and pillows otherwise a great little oasis in tulum....loved it

If you are looking for a charming, in-town hotel this is the place - great decor, extremely helpful staff, delicious breakfast. Tulum's main street is just blocks away and beach, ruins, Xel-Ha, and other attractions are a short drive. Highly recommended!

Great hotel! Off the beaten track! Clean very comfy rooms! Accommodating staff! Helpful with car rental! Set us up with great spa treatment! Highly recommended for those who don't line the Hilton's pockets! Definetly return trip in fall!

Hotel is very good. Very beautiful place, clean and very nice architecture and decoration. The breakfast is very cheap and of excellent quality. No elevators, so it is not advisable for those with reduced mobility, but I recommend to all other travelers.
