We stayed in the second location away about 700-800m from the main part of Tulum. However that wasn't clear to us from when we booked it. Our fault I guess as we didn't read all the fine print while making the booking in the internet cafe.
The room we got was spacious and Pierre made a nice breakfast every morning....
