Very nice stay, clean facilities and worth the price. I went with family and friends for a couple of nights and had a great time. Personnel always willing to assist. The rooms are nice and big. Breakfast buffet not so good. I would totally recommend the hotel

Nice exterior, good location and attentive service. Some issues in the room, such as noisy AC when leveling into temperature set, and poor Wi Fi service. Also Club Lounge amenities should be upgraded...I use room service and food was delivery on time and good quality.

This hotel is barely a 4 star hotel but the location in Merida makes it very desirable. It is close to all the shopping and dinning areas. It is highly recommended because of its location and the fine restrurants in the hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. Rooms were clean, up to date and comfortable. Bed was brilliant, really comfy with great pillows, very quiet and easy to keep aircon at a comfortable level for sleeping.
