The facilities are clean and the hotel is very conveniently located.
The pool area could use a little improvement but if you're looking for tan - the Yucatan sun is the best.
The service and food were outstanding!

Stayed 3 nights. The hotel is like, inside a small shopping center.
The place is always clean, internet is not free but they give you a courtesy of 30 minutes in the business center. The first floor is the less nicer because there are the cheapest rooms. I recomend to take breakefast or dinner at Sanborns which is inside the...

This is a very nice hotel located close to the historical center of Mérida. The rooms are nice, but I have to give you the same warning as some other reviewers did : not all sheets are clean. I stayed alone in my room, so I had two beds to choose from. I checked the first bed and the sheets...

Stayed here for two nights during a quick business trip to Merida. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. Their internet connection speed was good. The gym was decently equipped. The lobby restaurants were very good, and the central location of the property made it easy to get around Merida. This is my second visit and it seems...

The hotel was fine but seems like you pay for a lot but get a little. You need to read between the lines on the hotel description online. Yes, there is a coffee maker but...you pay for the coffee and the water to make the coffee. There is an OXXO across the street so you can buy water for less...

People are very nice and I'm happy given the low conference rate, but would be very unhappy at the standard rates. Linens were filthy (stained comforters, decorative pillows--eeewww); phone was filthy; room was small and inconvenient for 2+ people (one sink only in bathroom; no seating); nickle and diming, including a fee for the in-room coffee pack (approx $3 US;...
