This hotel from the GM down has spectacular staff. That coupled with a well maintained and designed property equals a wonderful stay in paradise. Claudia tried to sell us time share immediately at checkin after traveling 24 hours which was totally classless. She belongs outside the hotel gates with the rest of the peddlers. Just came back from another trip to the Presidente Cozumel. 3rd trip since November. This was for the 4th annual golf tournement. Best value it was $515 for two nights and Golf. Friday starts with a cocktail party and putting contest. $20.00 for a local charity everytime you enter the contest. Lots of fun done at night with glow balls.... More
