Do not stay here. Horrible service, room broken into while we were IN the room, tons of hidden charges, horrible food, rude employees, dirty rooms, check in was a nightmare. Stayed in 5 different rooms the entire vacation. Left resort and went to different one half way through.

Just for your information the GRAND OASIS is the 5 stars all inclusive and the OASIS is 4 stars all inclusive but they are in the same place... Just different bracelet for the different restaurants. The price is average for an all inclusive 4 stars hotel but if you want to use wifi you need to pay an extra prince... More

Our stay was the best vacation ever. We stayed for 5 days and would like to stay a lot longer. The place is beautiful with the beach and pool and the staff very freindly. All the bars were the best and the food was good. The best excusion ever is the Xplor in Cancun.

I really was not sure on what to expect with the Oasis Palm,I would read reviews everyday and check. I was happy with my stay.
