“Good location, very basic hotel”

Just 4 blocks from the bus station so well located for downtown cancun. Staff were relatively helpful and allowed early check in. Only reason I stayed there was because my tour around Mexico started there. Very basic hotel, basic rooms and noisy at night due to being next to a bar and a club. “Give this place a miss!”

This place was very dark, dingy, unclean and the staff were very unfriendly. This rooms were damp and dirty but i suppose it is meico! End of the day if you can give this place a miss then i highly recommend it! More

Free internet (.4 mbps) , Lack luster breakfast. Its a bus ride away from nice beaches and centrally located in old Cancun. Nothing special hotel, but clean and cheap. Not far (5 min walk) to ADO bus service if going south More

I have stayed at Carillo's two times and plan to stay again soon. The rooms are rustically romantic, the hotel is spotless and the service is wonderful.
