I stayed at the Hotel Baluarte for six straight weeks. The hotel is just across the street from the Baluarte de Santiago. Two blocks from the Malecon and Cafe La Parroquia, and three blocks from the handcrafts market.
It is a small hotel, nothing fancy. It is a budget hotel. I really never spend a single day at the pool...
