Like many others we stayed here because we needed a place to stay between Oaxaca and San Cristobal. But it was a boring hotel in a boring place. It could have been a hotel in any town in the world, there was nothing Mexican about it. The rooms were not bad, but we were glad to stay in another authentic... More

Worst hotel on our Mexican tour. Basic (just adequate) rooms & bathrooms & poor service. As a feminist I hate to say this, but the Hotel Calli was the only one we visited that seemed to have ONLY female staff...! The "restaurant " had as much atmosphere as a factory canteen & the waitress refused to turn down the air-con... More

Simple hotel in a quiet area outside the city of Tehuantepec. The room is average, a little obsolete but quite large, clean, AC (split type), Free Wi-Fi, TV, beautiful and very well maintained surrounding garden with a small swimming pool opened until 22.00. Basic breakfast (not buffet): juice, eggs (omelettes or fried eggs), coffee / tea. Perfect hotel for one... More

We stayed just one night on our way from Oaxaca to Chiapas and it had all we needed. Parking, a spacious room and a nice swimming pool open till 22:00. We didn't try the hotel restaurant because it looked too "touristic" for us. We tried a very humble restaurant by the road near the hotel where only mexicans were dining.... More

We visited during a big heat wave and were not impressed with the trash along the roads everywhere. What a nice surprise to find a hotel on the edge of town with clean manicured grounds, a nice pool, a nice air conditioned restaurant and air condioning in the room that worked great. The hotel is very nice but the rooms... More

This has been the most expensive hotel of the trip and although we were not expecting the sheraton we were quite disappointed. You get better rooms, facilities and service in most B&B's for half the price. The restaurant offers good food, but the ambiance is dreadful, the service lackluster and the food horribly overpriced (2/3 times what you would pay... More

We stayed here only one night on a tour of Mexico. Our room was spacious enough, clean and comfortable. The hotel is surrounded by lawns so that all rooms are away from the roads. This was a quiet, undisturbed night. There is quite a large pool . A high wind was blowing when we were there so leaves had fallen... More

My friend and I were on a guided 2 week (8 hotel) tour of Mexico and we stayed 1 night here. The rooms were large, clean and very comfortable. The shower head looked new, it was the first decent shower we had on holiday. We only arrived at night and left in the morning so I have no idea what... More

Although on the face of it, this is a nice hotel by Mexican standards, I found it hard to get a decent night's sleep due to a combination of thin curtains and very bright lights right outside the windows. Air conditioning was noisy, the beds were hard. Result? No sleep. Also, the restaurant featured the most famously rude staff i've... More
