A great boutique hotel with great customer service and very comfortable rooms. The have jazz nights in the restaurant at times and the food is amazing. Try their breakfasts, they are the best and the hot chocolate is to die for. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed for 7 nites. Hotel is centrally located. Hotel staff extremely courteous and helpful. Towels/face cloths were hard and over used. Be certain to get a room w/separate bathroom. Don't get the room with curtain that separates toilet/shower,from the beds. We booked in advance for the new year's eve dinner. The internet picture showed a lovely indoor patio with the tables well decorated in that lovely ambience. We stayed for 3 nights. I'd suggest staying longer (maybe another 1-2 nights) if you want to get out of Oaxaca and explore surrounds. Hotel staff were very helpful and the hotel was reasonably easy to find. Rooms were nice and clean, and the bed was comfy. Good wifi. Would stay here again.
