I went with friends for 3 days to Mexico City and we stayed at this hotel. We have nothing to complain for, the hotel is really nice, with a modern and neat environment, the bedrooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Simply put, a nice hotel at a great price ! BTW. I am rating average the swimming pool and the... More

Stayed in City Express EBC this last weekend with girls friends. In my opinion, the BESTs of this hotel are location and service. It is located across the street a fine Plaza for shopping, eating, Starbucks, pharmacy, etc, AND only 1 block from a nice area of Paseo Reforma. Very safe and convinient location. During our stay, we needed extra... More

If you are looking for a very short term Hotel at a great location where almost everything you may need is located at a walking distance then you might pick this hotel. The front desk staff was friendly. The rooms are very smalls 96 sq ft. The air conditioner unit works great. The breakfast options could be much better. My... More

Stayed 4 nights at the City Express EBC Reforma the 1st week of Feb. I found the hotel to be just fine, the room was pleasant, quiet, and with comfortable bed, good bathroom, and nice shower. Everything was spotlessly clean. The wireless internet worked fine, and the included breakfast was good - better than the Holiday Inn Express Reforma where... More

If you go have to work around the area, this a great place to stay. The location is excellent, right in front of a mall, very calm at night, lot of restaurants nearby, even exciting night life if that's what you want. I felt very safe walking around the area. The rooms are small, but I think it's good for... More

This is more of a business hotel and we stayed here for three nights at the end of a month's budget travelling so it was a lot better than many places we had stayed!!! It was spotlessly clean and well serviced every day. The room was big enough and very comfortable. The shower was hot AND powerful which was so... More

.....we've never slept on a more uncomfortable bed. Also, the windows opened but had no screens, so we were bitten by some mosquitos in the night.. The room was very tiny but had everything we needed. The service was very nice despite limited English. A great location, 1/2 block off Paseo de la Reforma and across the street from a... More

My colleagues and I were staying in this hotel during the huge Aids Conference in Mexico. Rooms are OK but very few staff members can speak English. I have requested many times my aircon to be fixed, but it remained out of order during the 13 nights I spent there. Expect to wait one or two days to get something... More
