I think that one of the best things about this hotel is its location in the reforma avenue. Check in process was good and receptionists were very amable. One thing anout this hotel is that the business room in the mezzanine is not that big and maybe too small for a 15 people meeting. Food in the restaurant was awesome. More

This a good budget hotel, conveniently located in Reforma, Mexico City's main avenue, and next to the Shopping Mall Reforma 222 which has some nice shops and restaurants. I had a few issues, like the receptionist wanting to charge me for the stay even though I had already payed for it in advance. I was also sent to a room... More

As usual I stayed at Holiday Inn Express Mexico Reforma during my business trip on April. This time I was impressed by the service from two reception ladies, Tabata Martinez and Blanca Freyre. As usual my flight out of Mexico is late in the afternoon. Therefore in order to avoid carrying around my luggage and to change into something more... More

I stayed here for a night en route to a wedding. It was my first time in Mexico City and I wanted to get out and do a little exploring while I had time. I was very pleased with my experience at the hotel. Our room was great and had a nice view over the city. The breakfast buffet that... More

This is a good hotel to stay. Nice and big bedroom, a lot of space and very very clean.! I have only one concern, PLEASE CHECK THE WiFi.! I 'm a business person traveling because my job and the Internet is a must.! WiFi was not working properly, too slow. However, you will get my reccommendation because people working there... More

Great location, good breakfast, free wi-fi. Next to a mall with a few good restaurants. You can walk to Zona Rosa. Easy access to the historic center or the park. Rooms are modern and comfortable. I had only one problem. The room was very cold in January. The heating is available only after 8 pm and my room's heating did... More

The rooms are plain and average, they have a small restaurant where they serve breakfast, but they don't do any other meals, however you can go to the mall that is right next door to get a bite. They have complementary WiFi More

I enjoyed my stay while I was in town doing business. Service was ok. Rooms clean. The entrance has a nice lounge and at night the have a man playing the piano if you just want to relax at the lounge. The hotel recommends that you use the taxis at the Hotel, but be careful because those guys have a... More

Very happy with the Holiday Inn on Reforma. We had a huge room on 12 floor with a great view of the city. Little traffic noise and a good buffet style breakfast. Hotel taxis were inexpensive and always available. WiFi signal in the room was a bit weak so the staff gave us a USB cable to use. Location is... More

I made a reservation for 2 rooms at this hotel and guaranteed with my credit card. When I tried to check-in, at 9:30 pm, the guys at the front desk, with a trembling voice that they had to decline my reservation because they tried to charge to my credit card at 6pm to cover the total amount for that night...
