This is a well located hotel in a safe area near a shopping mall. Great service. Excellent breakfast. Good appetizers at the lounge at night. Spacious rooms. Another great W hotel, very well located at the heart of the Polanco district; the staff is nice, the rooms are big and super modern, I loved mine! The only thing : the breakfast buffet was...not that good (well, not bad, but could be much, much better).
