This modern hotel is very close to the airport and downtown and this makes for easy commuting. They provide their own taxi service and airport shuttle. Their rooms are quite acceptable and their restaurant is 1st class with exceptional menu, great food and 5 star service. Rates for the room are certainly fair but the prices for the restaurant are... We stayed here for 2 nights in and out of Mexico. The bed was perfect! Staff was great and room service was delicious. It's perfect if you need to stay close to the airport as they have efficient transfer service. Wish we had time to use the facilities. More

We stayed for one night in this Hotel and it was great. The room was clean and with everything we needed. We received two bottles of water free. The pool and the Jacuzzi are nice; the Jacuzzi was too hot for us. The staff was great, everyone gave us a great service and they were very serviceable. The onsite breakfast... More

This was the first time I have stayed in this hotel and was impressed with everything about the hotel. Very comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a great restaurant on site. It also has a free shuttle service back and forth from the airport which starts early in the morning which is an important feature for myself as usually my connecting... More

Its not the place to stay when youre planning to stay longer in mexico city. however, it is great for overnight stays. its clean, good service and the restaurant offers god breakfast and is not overpriced. Only down point: when i tried to contact the place about a pick-up from the airport i first didnt find a contact email address.... More

Very good hotel overall with special compliments to the Bell and Front Desk Services for ensuring I received ice and bags to put on my injured ankle. Thanks! The room was quite comfortable and I liked being able to open the window for fresh air (and to air out the dreadful floral air "freshener" that most hotels in Mexico deem... More

An excellent hotel if you require a night in Mexico and no more. Clean, large rooms, efficient staff and excellent amenities including pool, sauna, gym and jacuzzi (and at no extra cost take note Mr Hilton). Room service food was also not bad. Also provide airport transfer service....excellent value. More

Stayed for business. Hotel provides everything biz traveler needs. Wireless internett very goo with no fee or password required. I use two computers so this was a nice change. Rooms are spacious and clean. Temperature can be fully controlled. Large flat screens have considerable amount of English channels. Hotel has a good biz center and very good restaurant which provides... More

Excellent room-just like the one in Toronto Canada the night before. Modern, clean, spacious. Excellent service. English speakers as well. We wanted to go to the mall, they took us there and picked us up without expecting payment. Comfortable bus shuttle service. Very beautiful restaurant and entry way. About a 15 min drive from hotel. Their free shuttle picked us... More

Whilst this hotel does not initially look anything more that a three-star (the decor is overdue for updating, there are no top-shelf bathroom products or other five-star touches), don't be fooled, this is a very comfortable place to stay. Located 10 minutes from the airport, it's on the flight path, yet double glazing keeps the rooms quiet. Our twin room... More
