The hotel itself is lovely and the outdoor pool area great. Comfortable and spacious rooms could do with a make-over, even if only the soft furnishings. Great food in the restaurant and very helpful waiters. It was disheartening to see the Maitre D' unable to speak a word of English. Upon checking out, several of my meal bills had been... More

My room is small, boring, and a bit worn out. The restaurant is open 24 hours which is great because I get up around 3am every morning. The fitness center is one of the best I've seen in a hotel anywhere. Service is overly courteous and polite and helpful. More

I have stayed at this hotel many times when visiting Mexico City South and have enjoyed many of it's amenities. The food is excellent and the rooms are quiet and roomy. The only small down side is that the beds are very hard (I hear that a mattress cover helps) and the location is a bit isolated (hard to walk... More

From the moment I arrived at the hotel I know that I would be happy. I have stayed in many hotels in Mexico City and this was among the best. The restaurants are excellent and 24 hour room service was extremely reasonable. Rooms and public areas are meticulously clean and maintained. Good security. Friendly, professional staff. Free WiFi, Slightly hard... More

I stayed at this hotel during a 3 day conference; the check-in staff was very nice; they gave me a room at a very good rate even though my reservation was messed up by the conference organizer. Very spacious room, nice bathroom decor, however water pressure is a little low. Free wireless internet, free bottled water every day. The restaurant... More

I have stayed here three times. This hotel is exceptionally clean and close to my distributor. It is safe, the staff are efficient and friendly and I consider it a safe haven in an otherwise grimy city. More

I stayed here for 3 nights in September for business. The hotel feels safe and is in a decent location. It is close to shopping and restaurants but a taxi is necessary. The room was big and modern. I think the bed was a little hard, but there is a large flat screen tv and the bathroom was very nice.... More

Stayed a week at the Royal while visiting my daughter who is a college student in Mexico City. Overall a very good experience. Price was same as I booked via Travelocity and the room was very nice and clean. Service was very good and the lobby restaurant was exceptional for a lobby restaurant. Nice pool and spa. Now for the... More

I stayed here at July 27 to 28 for a medical symposium. The hotel has nice installations, good pool and rooms. Its has several big meeting rooms and it seems this is one of its principal attractions. The room was not very clean, with stain marks in the bathroom. It had an old air conditioner and few TV channels. They... More

I have stayed here twice - each time for four days - and it is excellent. The rooms are large, lots of TV channels, lovely and comfortable ambiance, good restaurant in the hotel, friendly and attentive service from the staff. Sounds like I'm related to the owners, right? I am not. Even the bed sheets smell delicious. I highly recommend... More
