Very nice hotel in a good location. The staff was extremely friendly. The food was superb although the breakfast was a bit spartan and not quite up to the standard of other breakfasts we had had in Mexico. The room was ok but the bed was small - i do wonder if it really was a single room we stayed...

Our second visit to this lovely hotel. Welcoming staff (many recognising us from previous visit two years ago) to this cosy hotel built in the early 1900s. Centrally located in a safe area of this huge City and within easy walking distance of Museums and many fine restaurants. Rooms good size with comfortable beds and en-suite facilities. Strongly recommend.

My husband and I drove from our house in Puerto Vallarta to Mexico DF. The hotel let us park our car outside the front door for several days as we toured. They found us a driver to give us a personal tour. Lovely visit in Mexico DF.

From the moment I walked in I loved this hotel. Wonderful rooms with old clocks in the halls. Incredibly comfortable beds, lovely hot shower and wifi all over. Also good food in the restaurant. Super location for the brilliant anthropological museum. Go. It's great.

This hotel was a disappointment. The outside of the hotel does not look like a hotel. The reception and its staff is not nice. We always treat people in a nice way, smiling but the people working there did not respond to our kind attitude. They did not make us feel welcome at all. The breakfast and the staff there...

My fiancée and I have been looking at many hotels across Zona Rosa/Condesa/Roma to find a place to host my family when they arrive for our wedding. At La Casona, we had a much more unpleasant experience than anywhere else. I don't if it was the way we looked or something but the man at the desk didn't seem too...

We had booked a room at Hotel Maria Cristina near the Zona Rosa and really did not like the room, the restaurant, or the neighborhood. We moved to La Casona and for a little more money had a very charming hotel with great service, good food (free breakfast buffet), and a great neighborhood.
The staff at this hotel was really...

I challenge you to look at the other "boutique" hotels in the area and see their reviews in comparison. If you plan to take the Metro at all and value service and safety, then I believe you can do little better than this hotel at this price point. Love the proximity to restaurants in the Condesa-Roma area, love the proximity...

I paid 125 $ plus taxes a night. I was disappointed by this place and left after 2 nights. Here is why.
The location: The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood. There are some restaurants or shops here and there, but – this is of course a matter of taste – I prefer a more animated environment, like the...
