I have stayed here since the day it opened its doors twenty years ago. Recently they have been upgrading the rooms, and a GREAT improvement. Great service, personable, and a sheer delight. Well located and safe. More

The massage was good. The food was cold so it had to be microwaved. The jacuzzi and the sauna was satisfactory. And I am waiting for my turn to get nail polish 40 minutes now. What the???? More

Everything was great including the service, food, atmosphere and location. It's no wonder this hotel is on the "Leading Hotel of the World" list. Our only problem was with the lack of an iron in our room. I just assumed there was one since the board was in the closet. I called the front desk and they said the hotel... More

My husband and I returned to the Marquis once again. This time to celebrate our birthdays. After checking in and directed to our room by the bellboy, we realized that we were upgraded to a suite. Needless to say that our stay was awesome. The hotel has been renovated, and as usual the service is excellent, the location unbeatable. A... More

The Marquis Reforma is located on the Reforma Avenue - a brilliant location. There are several dining options both within and around the hotel. However, the rooms are quite dated and old. The decor looks exhausted and is in dire need of a change. The rooms are not all that spacious with bulky chest of drawers and beds taking away... More

The hotel is very conveniently located on Paseo de la Reforma. The staff are great and the service is superb. Internet service was spotty as they are in the process of upgrading their system and for this reason the wifi signal was weak and inconsistent. A coffee maker in the room would be a nice option. We had a lovely stay at the Marquis. We had to upgrade from the 2 queen room we booked on Expedia (for a great price) to a suite for an extra daily charge. A family of 4 wouldn't be comfortable in the double for very long. The adults had the spa and pool to themselves during the day on the... More

We where both back in this hotel for 2 nights and must say, yes F&B did improve in terms of Quality, however the overall appearance of the hotel should be addressed one day very soon. The Lobby lounge was polished up a little which is nice; Guest rooms and Restaurants however are still way behind and in urgent need of... More

I stayed two days on business at the Marquis Reforma at was very impressed. The staff were terrifically helpful, the food was reasonably good and my room more than comfortable, if perhaps not exactly spacious. I wouldn't hesitate to return. More
