Good hotel in Mexico City and in a convenient location. The hotel is spacious and has many areas for conducting business and relaxing. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The hotel would have a 5 rating if we had better service from the Amici restaurant.

Nice hotel. Good facilities. Rooms comfy. Coffee shop attached to hotel. Good atmosphere in bar area. Food ok. Breakfast buffet is good. Security aspect. Right next door to US embassy with people queuing all day. Armed guards all over the embassy.

I was traveling for business for one week. This was my first time to Mexico City and my company put me up in the hotel due to the fact that the hotel is safe and it's right next to the U.S. Embassy. I am a woman who was traveling alone. My hotel room had a great view of the angel... More

I stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel for about a week. The location is perfect, in the middle of paseo de reforma, which is walking distance from reforma 222 (a very nice mall), plaza de la republica and a 25-30 minute walk to the national museum of anthropology. There's also a starbucks right next door which is quite handy. The... More

Was in Mexico City for two night, and had a great time at the hotel. Staff, service, cleanliness and accommodation were all first rate! Planning to return soon. Restaurant was excellent in both food quality and service. Had business meetings there which were outstanding with excellent nooks and crannies to have impromptu discussions.

This was the largest and most opulent hotel in Mexico City when it first opened in the early sixties. It has kept up with the times and made many changes and it still has that old money feel. It is right next to the Centro Historico and Zona Rosa on Paseo de la Reforma. The beautiful Angel of Independence is... More

First of all, the customer service is outstanding. The place certainly is not bad, but the rooms leave a lot to be desired. It is way past time for a remodel. It is not up to par with Starwood properties. It's a perfect location, however, for la Zona Rosa. It is right beside the US Embassy. The pool on the... More

The hotel is older, but is very well kept. Request a room on a higher floor to avoid street noise. If you plan on spending the majority of your time in Centro Historico, Centro or La Zona Rosa, this will be perfect. Right next door is the US embassy for any consular services you may need. The rooms are a... More

It is a Sheraton that could have been better. The rooms were old and the breakfast and the hotel cabs are very expensive. I guess there are better options nearby Reforma. The good thing was that they were very kind on asessing and offering me a tour to Teotihuacan Piramids that was better, safer and less expensive from the one... More
