The location is OK, yet not phenomenal. It is right across the street from 'Busque Chapultepec'. View from my room was great, the castle in morning glory was a great sight. It was amazing. The lobby is small and only half of the staff spoke English. The hotel taxis were very convenient and always available to take us around Polanco... More

First off, this property IS NOT in Polanco (check a map) It is nearby in a rather dismal area (across from the run down FiestaAmerica Hotel). It is nothing more than a dolled up bad Holiday Inn. The lobby is tacky with a small coffee bar (no gift shop or anything that exclusive) and the furniture is something out of... More

We stayed here to be relatively close to family for a wedding (other hotels that were closer had terrible reviews). Hotel rooms are very small but sparkling clean; bathroom is large. Bed is insanely comfortable. Staff is very helpful. Drivers waiting are much appreciated and prices are not unreasonable (220 pesos--$20 to airport for two people). Would stay here again... More

Basic hotel but decent value for money. Rooms tiny but okay and clean. Location average. Breakfast terrible - as most not 5 star hotels in Mex City - stale bread and not much else. More

The location is good and the rooms are clean. This is a good hotel except that rates are offered in dollars but once you are there they play a trick. They only charge in pesos and only to their own rates which is whatever they want. We offered to pay cash and they refused and charged the credit card which... More

Love the free Wifi! Great service and very clean. 82 year old father loved the bathroom and Herman Miller office chair. Really nice to have an office with separate door and sofa in room. They let us check in 5 hours early. We just wanted to drop of the bags. My father thought it was family run, that is how... More

I have stayed in two other hotels in Mexico City and the Wyndham is by far the best quality/price ratio. Especially when you factor in the fact that you have to pay for WiFi and breakfast in most Polanco hotels on top of the room fee. Not at the Wyndham. More

The hotel itself is quite small; and I have to say that the location is not bad. It's located just 2 blocks from Chapultepec Park; and about 5 blocks from "Avenida Masarik" where you will find all kind of restaurants and bars. What I didn't enjoy that much is that the gym is quite basic with only cardio equipment; but... More

My colleague and I stayed 10 days on business - with a weekend of sightseeing. We found everything about this hotel, especially the staff, delightful. The rooms were comfortable with A/C and wireless working well. We were able to walk home from business meetings from Paseo Reforma and too the wonderful restaurants along Maseryk Ave and surrounds. We felt the... More
