I had to go to Mexico City for an emergency and after having a long, long day I needed a place to rest near to where I was. Once more I selected a City Express (a HUGE difference) to the last I stayed. The City Express in Reforma El Angel is nice, elegant, well decorated in a modern style; my... More

I stayed here in February 2012, the rooms are small by american standards, they are decorated in a minimalistic way, you get a bed, a small flat screen, a couple of chairs and a desk. Every room has its own air conditioning unit (mini-split), but as mentioned in the previous reviews the windows are sealed. The restaurant only serves breakfast... More

On first sight this hotel doesn't look bad. The lobby an the breakfast space is nicely designed, and look fancy. The rooms are also ok as far as design and even spaciousness goes. However, for people who can't stand rooms that are not aired, this is a horrible experience. The windows are huge but cannot be - not even slightly... More

Please consider going to this property. The rooms are dirty, the heaters of the rooms failed to the point that in a 3 day stay they changed me 2 times of room late at night. Dirty bead linnens, not nice breakfast....bad hotel chain. Terrible experience! More

This hotel is a good value but the front desk and back office service is absolutely the worst. I needed to change my reservation to one night earlier and they gave me such a run around i decided to fight it on principle sake. They wanted to charge me a 100 dollar cancellation fee to move my reservation up one... More

Selected this property to stay in after returning to the Mexico City from Oaxaca. It is located on Paseo Reforma directly in front of the Angel Monument. The lobby is a large space with 2 story ceiling, has lots of seating, and flows into a lovely landscaped patio. My standard queen room on the 10th floor however, was very small,... More

I always stay in Centro (Close to Alameda Park) when I travel to Mexico DF for business. Staying in Centro you lose some time transporting yourself to places since DF traffic is awful, unless your customers are near Centro. Taking this into consideration, I choce to stay in City Express El Angel on this trip. Hotel is perfectly located right... More
