Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Was there for two weeks and it was nice to have the ability to do a load of laundry instead of paying 4 bucks to clean a pair of socks. Internet was decent most of the time albeit a little slow during peak times. Would (actually will be next week) definitely stay there again. More

facilities are very good, but service is bad. When you call to request a room service is very delayed. The internet service is lousy and arrange it takes over two hours. Be careful when you pay in dollars that is not the same cost that appears on the Internet is much more. When in doubt about something do it in... More

I stayed here in Nov/Dec 2011 for business. It is located in a nice area with several restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel coordinated a transportation service from and to the airport for us. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Many furnishings that would be nice for a longer stay. More

This is an unusual hotel with a small kitchen (sink, fridge, microwave, washer/dryer) but comfortable and not bad at all. Would be nice for a longer stay. The room was fine and comfortable. An unusual layout but functional. The bathroom was good, no tub but a large glass-enclosed shower which I prefer anyway. Light in the bathroom was a little... More

Location is very convenient - in Santa fe and near to most business locations. very safe and comfortable place. Staff is nice to guests, helpful and efficient. They speak and understand English well. Stayed in a deluxe suite, which had a drawing... More

Clean, functional rooms with kitchen facilities. Loud air-conditioning and hence a simple choice between not sleeping because of the heat, or not sleeping because of the noise. The breakfast area, which doubles as a bar in the evening is completely soulless and doesn't attract much custom, to the extent that when I ordered a beer they had to go off... More

This is a nice, new hotel especially suited to the business traveler. The rooms/suites are roomy and well equipped for those there for an extended stay. Rooms have a small kitchen (with dishes, a few small appliances, microwave) and a clothes washer/dry. The complimentary breakfast is adequate and well stocked. The staff are very friendly, efficient, and most can speak... More
