This hotel is located in the Paseo de Reforma- a busy downtown main street and close to the historic centre but a bit too far (and too much smog) to walk. Alongside is a shopping mall (altho same stores you find anywhere) and a parallel pedestrianised street at the back has largely fast food restaurants. I had emailed the hotel... More

This was my first visit to Mexico City and based on a friend's recommendation, I stayed here. I have stayed in hotels all over the US and international and I think this my be the best I have stayed in. The staff are the most professional employees i have encountered. Uniforms are spotless and they really want to make guest... More

We stayed at the Marriott mexico city reformer for 4 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and services. We were the only tourists at the hotel however lots of American and mexican business people stay at the hotel and use the facilities. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the beds are very comfortable. We ate at both the restaurants and... More

It is well located and rooms are ok. Their fitness center is ok as well. Be prepared to a very complicated process at check-in and check-out. The receptionist are sympathetic but extremely incompetent. They don't review your reservation, don't ask you if you prefer a big bed instead of 2 doubles, don't offer you a paid upgrade to the executive... More

The staff at this Marriott really stand out for me, We asked the concierge for a breakfast recommendation and he actually walked us to the restaurant rather than let us walk by ourselves. My phone was stolen while in Mexico city and when I asked the staff how to find the police station they offered to take me, rather than... More

I have stayed here a number of times. The hotel is convenient, the breakfast and lobby hotel are quite good. The hidden gem is the gym and spa, much more than you would expect. The service is ok, the lobby bar staff could be more responsive, although the bar menu is quite good.

Having read the reviews I was a bit worried. Yes some rooms don't have a view, but its on a busy road in the middle of town. Who cares about the view. We had connecting rooms for our kids, and although at checkin they had not allocated these despite requested at booking it was easily changed. The lobby, hallways and... More

Great Hotel in a very safe location (almost across the US Embassy)! A block away from great restaurants and the most up and coming area of MXC. Highly recommend. The best part are the hotel drivers who will take you anywhere at a very reasonable price. They are safe and reliable (which one cannot say about regular cabs in MXC).... More

Have enjoyed my stays at the Marriott reform? Good customer service. Great executive level. Give it a try you wont be disappointed. Only negative was breakfast in the ground floor restaurant. A bit over priced.

This was my second visit in the last year to this location. It is convenient, safe and very comfortable.
