Old, and the rooms are not exactly the cleanest, staff was not efficient on our way out, they couldn’t handle the amount of people checking out. There are way better alternatives in the area for better price, it is too expensive for what you receive. No breakfast included.

Definitely a hotel for biz travelers who need to be close to the Guadalajara Expo and who need an expensive place to sleep and have a poor shower, not a place for families at all. Value - You pay for a Ferrari and get a VW beetle. Food prices are definitely outrageous, US$15 for pancakes? The Ritz Carlton in Cancun...

Hotel is on the outskirts of city, but was fine for me because I was attending an event at the EXPO Center, and could walk to get there. I thought it was overpriced. I lived in Guadalajara for 4 years and I have stayed in most of the hotels in the area. The best value for a quality hotel can be found at the Fiesta Inn. It is located 2 blocks from the Plaza del Sol shopping center and about a mile from Expo Guadalajara.
