The place is a lot smaller than what the actual pictures tell. There is NO hot water in the rooms, they took 2 hours to give us access to the room because they were 'cleaning it'. The Spa is the only decent thing. For the price I'd rather go to Tepoztlan or another nearby city with better hotels.
