The recepcion in this hotel is horrible: no smiles, bad information, to visit it you need to wait hours for the manager, they don't respect reservations... yeah no doubts those guys like turists. Great location, the building quite nice. Other hotels close by have better price like hotel España o Roma much more friendly. Quite noisy also. No restaurant but... More

has a touch small but comfortable room colonial is welcoming that I loved esncuetra in a central location. what I did not like much was the price because I felt a bit expensive as it is rather, rustic yet pleasant. More

It cost $500 MXN/night and is nothing special. The building is old, the bathroom is too small, no elevator, noisy. More

We have used this hotel as a stop-over during our stays in Mexico all through the summer of 2006. Many of our friends have also stayed at this hotel, and we keep going back and recommending it. That said, the prices just went up, so check first with the management before you expect to get a great deal. The hotel... More

We drove to Mexico last July and made no plans to stop in Cuernavaca. My husband attended language school there and always loved it, but we were headed for the beach. It started getting late and Mexico City took longer than we thought. We stopped at this hotel for the night. It was great to only pay 20-25 $ for... More
