We had the greatest time at PDS. The entire staff was great and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable there. You do not need to speak Spanish there but it does help. This is a 4 star resort that is undergoing changes to become a 5-star. The staff is 5-star: very helpful, always friendly, etc. The hotel design is beautiful, old Puerto Vallarta style.
