We stayed here just recently and we were so turned off by the 10 sales people waiting in the lobby to sell you timeshare. I thought it was a greeting committee but after an hour of my time after I checked in, they tried to sell me timeshare. The hotel is nice and the hotel rooms are very nice. But... More

Wife and I just returned from a week at the Fiesta Americana. We stayed 3/17-3/24 and were fortunate enough to get a junior suite room with a kitchenette and a jacuzzi tub. Hotel is clean, people are friendly, restaurants at the hotel had good food, pool was very nice and chairs were always available. The hotel is in a good... More

This hotel is very well managed because they pay attention to detail. This is why I will return every year and recommend to others. I was disappointed to learn there was no free wifi which most reputable establishments offer. This Fiesta Americana does such a good job with customer service but charges their customers to stay in touch with their... More

We have stayed here 7 consecutive years now and would not consider any other property. From the nice rooms and amenities they provide to the excellent service the staff puts out this main bay area hotel is truly hard to beat. They have probably one of the biggest breakfast buffets that I have seen in the city with omelette station,... More

I have been in this hotel, for several times, but for me the most important of all, was at the 2000 New Year. Even though it was too crowded, the service was excellent, at the required level. Since there you was able to see the fireworks, launched for all the hotels at the mean time, included of course "The Fiesta... More

A little bit expensive but overall a good option, close to bars and restaurants. Nice view from the room, and the pool is ok. More

I consider myself a seasoned traveler. My boyfriend (who is Norwegian and has traveled all over the world) was with me as well. We stayed at this hotel in December 2010 and booked the trip through Expedia. Do not make the mistake of renting a car from the airport when you land. You will be pulled over by the local... More

First of all; the hotel has beautiful and clean rooms. Other than that the staff is amazing, so friendly and helpful! They provide the best service! Beautiful and central location in Acapulco, with Starbucks, the beach and several pools as the closest neighbor! A perfect stay!! More

I came to Acapulco for a congress and stayed at this excellent hotel which is located in Acapulco golden zone, with amazing bay views and great service. I had a master 3 bedroom suite plus with the best views of all the bay at the 16th floor. Room 1637 was amazing, well decorated, cleaness an extra point, want space ??... More

Took the family here for a five night break, and we had a probably our best experience in Acapulco so far. The hotel is right on the strip and is centrally located so nothing will be too far in either direction. Although check-in was easy we then got the Vacation Club (timeshare) hard sell from an employee, free breakfast to... More
