In town on business, stayed for two nights. Manager recepion both nights, good hot Mexican breakfast both mornings! Most of the stay was friendly and courtous. Room was clean and property was quiet and safe.

Definitely not the same as the overall chain. I've stayed in many Hampton's, both in the States and in Mexico, and this was the lowest level I've seen.
It's really only a good deal if you need to be out by the airport, or have business in that area or Ramos Arizpe, which is really where this hotel is.

Most Excellent, The breakfast was not just juice and minim muffins. I know it was in 2005 but when I have stayed there which is quite regularly, they don't have a restaurant....... there is one right next door. This hotel was impersonal, the rooms relatively clean by Mexican standards, the restaurant service terrible, the cooking worse, the access to other restaurants within walking distance--non existent. They couldn't even find me a steak knife to cut my meat in the restaurant. Their excuse was their was a personal poolside party that were using them all. Ridiculous!! For the prices...
