Located about an hour drive south of the San Diego border, Poco Cielo is easily accessible via the toll road, or, if you have time, you can take the free road. It is located in a nice little town between Rosarito and Ensenada. It is a small hotel, but it has a lot of character with rooms decorated with different... More

We used to frequent La Fonda when it was small and funky. Poco Cielo now fills the bill. With some trepidation we returned to Baja and the La Mision area to try Poco Cielo. We were rewarded with gracious and friendly workers, terrific views, good food, and a comfortable and clean room. We'll be back. The rooms are themed. We... More

I recently stayed at Poco ciello during a retreat for my work. Not only did they provide excellent service, but they really went above and beyond, making sure that our every need was provided for. The food was excellent and the views from the room were to die for. This was an amazing hotel. Please give them your business! More

Poco Cielo is a remarkable oasis. This is a very small but very charming and unique place to get away. Owner Cheryl and Staff, Ivan and Philipe make very effort to make sure you feel right at home. everything was terrific with our stay, even though we picked a cloudy overcast weekend, it was completely memorable. Poco Cielo has expanded... More

we stayed in the large Polynesian room with our dog. A major factor in choosing Poco Cielo was the welcome our pet received. We were on our way home to Canada (driving) This peaceful little spot made a nice stop before we tackled the border and Southern California driving. The room was clean enough. The water was hot. There was... More

We stopped for a short lunch break and sat on the balcony overlooking the ocean. At the entrance of this beautiful establishment we knew we found a jewel. Luscious vegetation, clean rooms, wonderful food and friendly staff made this little stop a great experience! We have been spreading the word in Phoenix among our friends. We plan on going back... We have been going to Baja for years, usually staying at La Fonda (next door). After a little research we found Poco Cielo (A little Bit of Heaven) Very nice rooms....the theme rooms are just a plus, as the rooms are roomy, beds are comfortable, and the patio areas are great! It's quiet, and you can hear the surf all... More

My husband and I chose Poco Cielo for our recent long weekend trip into Baja. As it was off-season, we were the only guests in the hotel for the first few nights of our stay and this afforded us the chance to change our original reservation and upgrade to the Polynesian Room. The views from this room are outstanding and... More
