First the lost my reservation and then I got a room on the ground floor on the opposite of the entrance. After the first night, my room was not cleaned either. The property is wonderful! It was an oasis is the desert for my family and I traveling from Tijuana to Cabo San Lucas. We would recommend this hotel (which is part of the Villa Group) to anyone. P.S. - pets are normally not accepted, but exceptions are made depending on the situation. More
