New, spacous, but poor location and unclean sheets
Very spacious with kitchenette and living room. What a deal for only $57! But that night we found that the sheets had not been changed, with several pubic hairs in them and between the traffic noise and barking large dog next door we questioned the value. Good parking, but out of center of town and no 24 hour service.
