Residence offers more than a decent accom. in several downstairs/upstairs rooms, A/C and TV provided, daily cleaned while houskeeping always left two bottles of fresh water for free. Stayed there two weeks from 5-20 february 2012, we had a great time and this is probably the best value for money hotel i`ve ever stayed at. Clean rooms, clean pool, clean towels and sheets EVERY day.Nice and quiet with a lush tropical garden. Would definitively stay there again. More

We booked a night here, thinking it was closer to the beach, this was partly our fault, but we found the map on hotels website slightly mis-leading. The hotel deffinately isnt a walkable distance to get down to ao nang beach, so if you stay here its likely you will spend lots of money having to get tuk tuks everywhere... More

A cordial reception, in a nice place, with cool people. It's a quiet place with a pool and all really clean rooms, not too far from the center of Ao Nang. We will stay again there next time we go to Thailand. More

Stayed at this hotel for three nights The room is very basic but the deluxe does include a fridge.
