We come here regularly, love the location (right by the Sea), the club and facilities are very good, generally clean etc., but the staff and management are generally poor, information provided by them is weak and it's apparent that the whole place lacks leadership. a real shame as it could be a really great place :(

The caravan we had was was very nice very clean and tidy staff were very keen to sort any problems no problem about staying here again. Well situated between whitstable and herne bay although if staff tell you it's a 15 minute walk into whitstable it's not its more like 40

Booked here through Hoseasons late April for a very reasonable price which included all fuel costs and bedding. First impressions were not great, this is not the most attractive site I’ve been on. We were a party of 8 and had booked a gold 4 bedroom caravan for a 3 night friday to monday break. We arrived and were checked in no problems by the reception staff who were really helpfull and we were allocated caravan P24 which is excellent and was very clean and tidy and can reccommend this caravan for anyone... Arrived at 2pm to check into our 'Gold Plus' Caravan expecting great things from stays at other Park Holidays locations. The Caravan was not ready until 2.45....not a good start, and when we got into the van we discovered it was a disabled adapted caravan.
