What a little gem.We stayed for 3 nights,what a lovely friendly place.The food was exceptional.Bedroom was very comfortable,four poster bed and a large tv.Wifi free.Ideally situated for Balmoral,Ballater..Would definitely return.

Stayed here end of April for two nights while conducting a small tour. Everyone loved it and felt it was a great little highland hotel. Food was out of this world! Staff were fun and friendly. No pretension, just a great stay. Would definitely return.

Stayed for four nights it was a very enjoyable stay , staff and owners very helpful . Good food. Would definitely stay again. There are verandas being put on some of the rooms which is a good touch. The resent owners have been there for 15yrs I think which means they are doing something right.

A lovely hotel conveniently located for Aberdeen but not at Aberdeen prices. Room was nice but a bit small. Staff were great, exceptionally friendly and helpful. Superb food, if a little bit pricey. We left too early for breakfast service but were impressed by the fact that continental breakfast was laid out for us so we didn't go without.
