This hotel is 30 mins by vehicle from the main resort although it is possible to take a lift and then ski and walk a little to join the main area. We are from Serbia so we knew that this hotel is not at the prime location for skiing but, nevertheless, we went there since all hotels were booked in the middle of February. The things that annoyed me were: We were there for five days (in the renovated part of the hotel ) and they didn't have a free ski... More

We booked this hotel because booking.com stated it's located right in the center of Kopaonik ski resort. However, when we arrived we realized it takes 30 minutes by car to get to Kopaonik center ski lifts. We have met there 2 Russians and 2 English who were also misguided by booking and thought they're going to live in the center... More

there were a lot of issues for our staynd there. we wre a big group. the staff is sayng something to one of us and something else to another. we were there in the winter and the rooms were not heathet enought. the food was bad. i would not recomend anybody to stay there. I will go again in kopaonik,... More
