Helpfulness and friendliness of staff wewre first class, rooms really comfortable and food excellent in choice and quality. Location ideal - next to motoway exit and plenty of parking. No noise. Ideal.

First stay at a Premier Inn and certainly won't be our last. The staff were so welcoming and helpful on our arrival and the rooms were lovely and comfortable with all you could need. The breakfast at the Beefeater accross the road was really good value and all you could wish for. Thank you for a lovely stay.

A great hotel with staff that are very friendly and made my stay a very pleasant one.The rooms were clean with tea/coffee facilities.Choice of pillows, and a comfy bed. Beefeater is attached with great food and service. The location is very good just off M4 and easy to find.

Clean, comfortable, great staff and well priced as you would expect from a Premier Inn! However avoid the breakfast deal in the on site Beef Eater at all costs! Very pleased with recent 1 night stay to attend a family party. The price was very reasonable, staff were all friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. A very enjoyable 'all you can eat' breakfast at the Beefeater next door was also great value at £16.50 for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children).

A warm welcome from the staff and nothing too much trouble. Always the same whereever you go with Premier Inn. Clean and a good nights sleep. This hotel is placed just right to explore Swansea, the Gower, the valleys and Cardiff. Staff can advise if you ask for help. They live here so they know.

Just had a FANTASTIC stay here Sun 24th March - Tues 26th March 2013. Wonderful staff on reception and in the restaurant. Will definately use again. Didn't have any problem with road noise at all. Very conveniently situated just off J41 of M4.
