We came as a party of six 'concessions' and were made thoroughly welcome. Staff responded to our noisy humour with cheerful forbearance, and could not have been more helpful. Meals were excellent, and of generous proportion. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Was there on business with two colleagues from Sweden. Rooms were excellent, food delicious and the entertainment on open mic night was stunning. I will be back and ify colleagues can dream up a way to get back they will be too

After a nightmare at another local inn, we found a warm reception at the Beaufort Arms. They were efficient, helpful and understanding without being overbearing. Just back from a nights stay at the Beaufort. The place was very nice 'oldy worldy' I think would sum it up. The food (evening meal & breakfast) was absolutely delicious & thoroughly enjoyed by all parties. The only down side for us was the attitude of some of the staff.
