Besides a few ants and a little updating needed, the room was nice. Had a little porch off the back backing up to the marina. Hot water and good water pressure. Air conditioning worked. Staff was very friendly. Plenty of free parking and a cool coffee shop a couple doors down. Some bars/restaurants near-by, but not many customers.

Stayed here for a week in March 2013. Situated in a wonderful setting. Had 1st floor room overlooking the marina. Room was clean and comfortable if a little basic. Staff were helpful and friendly. we had an excellent stay here and would recomend it to anyone looking for a modest, comfortable place on the Marina. Friendly owners and staff, great views off the back porch, clean and comfortable, walking distance to shops and restaurants, could not ask fo better. This is a definate good safe place
