Although Karen used to manage the condos (which were formally known as "Ocean Beach Hotel Condominiums" when managed by Karen, but are now known as "Caicos Beach Condominiums"), she no longer does and, in fact, is not affiliated with Caicos Beach Condos. We have been to North Caicos many times and have stayed with Ocean Beach Hotel Condominiums every time. Karen was in charge of everything and the property was kept beautifully.
