Spent four nights in April ... Was not told that the Hotel's hot water was out of service ...Was told that it will be back up again the following day. IT WAS NOT.... No explanation or the courtesy to accomodate us at their other hotels in the area. Will not ever travel to this.

I spent 1 week at Trinidad Hilton. The overall stay was good. I got an upgrade upon arrival and the staff at Hilton (Gregory - Executive Lounge, Dana - Front desk, Donna, Marilyn and Maureen - Restaurant) made my trip memorable

Hotel staff and ammenities are excellent! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool [but only because they can swim, it's 16ft at the deepest!] Breakfast was fantastic. A perfect mix! Rooms were very clean and comfortable and the attendants are very friendly.

Very pleasant stay for my last visit where I mixed business with pleasure. It was my first time using the Executive Lounge. The staff were excellent, the food was excellent. The host from Las Lomas could fit into other Hiltons around the world.
