This place is completely false advertising. It is not a hotel, there a lot of locals living here and the place is dirty and the people who work here are rude and unhelpful! I will regret spending my hard working money on this place because it wasnt worth 5cents! They DO NOT provide you with pool/beach towels you have to... More

Stayed there for 2 months while working on the island. The list of errors is almost without end: Worst bed I have slept in since interrail. Woke up by the noise of the bed when moving. Asked if I could get a bigger bed as my feet were sticking out and was told they would install a king size bed.... More

This was our second year at Treasure Island Resort for a 9 day stay. A grocery store was added off the lobby since last visit which was convenient. Our room was upgraded to a 5th floor ocean view, beautiful view again this year. The rooms are equipped with small fridge, cook top, sink, coffee maker, some dishes and utensils. Bring... More

Treasure Island Resort, a former Ramada Inn, is located on the south end of Cayman's Seven Mile Beach, approximately 1.5 miles from central George Town and within easy walking distance of various shopping areas to the north. My wife and I, as first time "snowbirds", stayed at the resort for two months. For those who want luxury, this is not... More

I dont know how this place gets away with calling itself a resort because its about the equivalent to a Super 8 Motel. Rooms and property feel dirty and unsafe. Staff was rude and unhelpful when asking for simple things like more clean towels. Incredibly overpriced for what you get. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, ever. Spend... More

I paid around 900 usd for 5 nights and later learned that a lot of the locals live there and pay about 1000 use for an entire month. This really pissed me off. This place is pretty bare bones and in a really touristy area. I don't need much when I'm traveling but for this price? Give me more. If... More

We stayed at the resort in January 2012. The location is great to walk along 7 mile beach and a quick bus ride downtown. The grounds/pools are good and the lagoon for snorkelling is very nice. However, the rooms are older, slightly dirty and dated. But 7 mile is expensive, so if you can't afford 500.00 per night, this is... More

Treasure Island LOOKS nice online but in person, we experienced damage to bathrooms left from Hurrican Ivan! The place was unfit for habitation! Left after one night (lucky enough to find a hotel room) and they refunded our money way too fast. It seemed as though they were NOT surprised that we were displeased. DO NOT BOOK at this place.... This was a very nice hotel. I was a little apprehensive as I read alot of reviews before we went. Our room was clean-maid service could have been a little better but it was overall clean. The grounds were very pretty and the ground workers were very friendly. There are roosters all over the island not just this hotel. They... More

I stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip. the other hotels(Marriott, etc) were booked that we normally stayed at I will start with the pros: 1) 2 nice pools- one has a swim up bar--the bar is operated by another group so you cant charge drinks to your room- not sure how well the swim up part works...
