Lots of steps which are dangeous when wet. On arrival found the swimming pool to be filthy had not been cleaned as they stated they had run out of chemical. Food was Hospital type food very basic. The hotel provides what Saga claims - 'Boasting fantastic views over Castries from its setting atop a steep hill, and excellent service from our friendly staff'.
