El Momo is a wonderful place. What it lacks in luxury it more than makes up in beauty and service. A great value for the price and a ten minute walk from town, Andries and company made us feel very welcome. Breakfast and the dinner he cooked were outstanding, the views are spectacular and the service attentive and light hearted. More

We really loved this place. In response to some of the complaints below. Yes, there are steps (lots) but Andries will definitely carry your bags up for you. He carried ours all the way to the top cottage. Just turn around and look at the view when you get to the top. It makes the climb worth it every time.... More

As you're climbing and climbing, the owner doesn't help with your bags at the top, instead he claps his hands with mocking glee "you're almost there" and out of breath, he doesn't even reach out to give a hand with bags.
