If you want to enjoy golf, beach, casino and pool this is excellent place. If you don't have any plans to travel anywhere else in Puerto Rico. Breakfast excellent. Complementary Open Bar and Breakfast are EXCELLENT! The beach, pools and other areas are not so bad. Small but, great Casino! If you have a convention or activity for more of 500 people, the service is great!

“Relaxing experience”

The hotel is very relaxing and comfortable. It is also family oriented. The Orient House restaurant is a very good place to eat, service is great. I don't play golf, but the course looked very nice. The room was much better than was expected and the room is very comfortable.

“Great hotel, great people, not so great food”

The staff was lovely, the pool and beach lagoon were wonderful, the room was generally ok (could use some sprucing up). The included breakfast and manager's evening receptions were fantastic. Other than that, be prepared to drive for food because lunch and dinner onsite are awful and expensive, and everything around is crappy fast-food. :(

“Needs renovations”

This hotel has a GREAT staff and a really run down property. Food is OK....manager's reception was not a reception...beach is rocky and does not belong to the Embassy Suites...RENOVATE...and if you are going to sy you have parking, the lot should not be full a lot of the time.
