We where very pleased with our stay. Check-in was fast, Upgraded to a suite, downside was loud music one night. We stayed here for 3 nights,overall we were happy/satisfied customers . The best location -close to everything: restaurants/cafes,CVS around the corner,trolleys/bus stops ,casino etc. ...one small complaint - you can hear people talking outside the room ( maybe coz we're close to the elevator area)...every single staff we encountered were friendly and ready to help

the first thing you notice is the location. It doesn't get better, period!. “Noisy and old facilities”

If you like rumba, casino and continuous party, this place may fit. I did not like the facilities that are outdated; on the other hand, the service is not first class or something similar but plain and a little bit not interested in passenger needs. Avoidable
