This is a basic/overpriced lodging with the great advantage of being next door to the wonderful Thermal Baths of Coamo. The hotel grounds and pass-through lobby are attractive, however, the rooms are bare-bones and the hotel's own thermal bath is not particularly well-maintained.

It all depends what your looking for. The place is clean buy fairly old. Restaurant is not bad. The pools are great. If you like thermal baths, these are the oldest in the western hemisphere and make it worth a stop by. Get a day room if you don't want to stay, its a real bargain.

I stayed there with my family. This is a great place off the beaten path. While it is true that it is under renovation and needs some maintenance, it's a good place to stay for a few days to enjoy the Thermal Baths and relax. Will come back.

Very basic hotel, in process of major renovations. I would wait until renovations done! Banos of Coamo in walking distance of this Hotel. there are some new rooms overlooking at the old rainforest tree. peace and love. Pools are relatively cleen. Very nice service. Spacious rooms, balcony, coqui sound. What else would you need. The worst period is the week-end, more people, more noise, less space.

My family and I stayed many summers here and really enjoyed it, But it has started to deterioate such a shame because the thermal waters are a treat maybe someday a developer will bring it back to what it was, go for the day pay$5 for the pool and stay in Ponce.

Don't go by the old reviews. I guess they got the message. This place has been recently renovated and is worth every penny. The restaurant is fantastic!

rooms r ok but no room service , no place to eat, drink, room dont have anything but a bed and bathroom . they should have at least a coffee maker or lil refridge. nothing to do but swim in a small dirty pool.....they shoud put more recreational things for familys......its ok for like a one or two night stay...but...
