The Caves is pure Jamaica! The staff was amazing and they really are there for whatever you might need. We had the same waitress for breakfast and she was delightful. The food was more than we expected. Breakfast was cooked to order and such a treat each morning. When we arrived we were not sure about how much we would... More

due to an error clearly made by the reservation staff at The Caves, they did not honor our confirmation letter (on The Caves letterhead) and over booked our room for the last night of our stay. and.... they asked us to leave. all of the good things about The Caves are true, but this is completely unacceptable. Fortunately, they recommended... More

Dear StephenK, We acknowledge that there was a glitch in the reservation system between ourselves and Aveda who you booked through as their Pure Privilege client that resulted in your final night not being booked. It must also be noted that your final night was not paid for, there was no hold on your credit card neither was it charged... More

There are so many things to say about The Caves. First off, if you only can give yourself a few days to vacation, GO TO THE CAVES! It takes you away upon check-in. We went to The Caves based on the Aveda Pure Privilege program so everything was free. However, the resort is always all-inclusive. The resort is not on... More

My wife and I recently visited The Caves for a belated birthday/anniversary trip over the Presidents Day weekend. From the time we got to the property, the staff made us feel welcomed and at ease. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. They made it very easy to embrace the relaxed mood of the island. Our cabin had two... More

This review is late, but I would like to let others know that we loved our trip to the Caves. My wife and I were married here in March and everything about the experience was fantastic. The location is great, the staff is top notch and the rooms were unique and comfortable. We got married in a cave at sunset... More

We returned from The Caves on February 14th. The resort was perfect for us. We met another couple there. The caves, cliffs, snorkeling, kayaking, food, spa, accomodations....all excellent. The resort is unique in that it only accomodates 24 guests. The accomodations are private bungalows....open air, no AC, no TV. You sleep to the waves crashing on the cliffs. The temperature... More

Our vacation at the Caves was perfect. The staff was knowledgable, friendly, and attentive (but not to the point where they were annoying). The rooms were well kept and cozy. The food was amazing....it was as if someone's Jamaican grandma was in the kitchen cooking because every single meal was homemade delicious. You can order whatever you want for breakfast... More

The Caves is a beautiful spot. Set into a cliff, the white stones of the resort provide a stunning contrast to the the turquoise waters. Each of the buildings seemed to complement the beauty of the natural environment. Even though there were probably twenty or so people staying there, we really felt we had the place to ourselves. There was... More

Went with a group of 10 of us for a birthday celebration. We reserved the private villa (4 bedrooms) and one cottage (2 bedrooms). The place was spectacular from start to finish. The staff was happy and accommodating without being in our way. They were happy to help in any way they could without asking us what we wanted every... More

I cannot say enough about this wonderful hotel. This was our second trip to The Caves: the first one was our Honeymoon and this time for our Babymoon! The service is phenomenal! Thank you Suzette, Brian, Shernette and Zoom (I think) for making our stay extra special. The spa is out of this world! We really enjoyed talking to Liz... More
