Went with a group of 10 of us for a birthday celebration. We reserved the private villa (4 bedrooms) and one cottage (2 bedrooms). The place was spectacular from start to finish. The staff was happy and accommodating without being in our way. They were happy to help in any way they could without asking us what we wanted every... More

I cannot say enough about this wonderful hotel. This was our second trip to The Caves: the first one was our Honeymoon and this time for our Babymoon! The service is phenomenal! Thank you Suzette, Brian, Shernette and Zoom (I think) for making our stay extra special. The spa is out of this world! We really enjoyed talking to Liz... More

My fiance and I just returned from a five-night stay at The Caves. Overall, we had a nice time but expected more for the price we paid (around $800 a night). We knew that The Caves has a rustic, informal sort of charm and were not expecting everything to be in tip-top shape, but there is an attention to detail... More

From the moment we arrived at The Caves Resort, everything was amazing. The employees were all outstanding and seemed like they enjoyed their jobs. The food was delicious, the drinks were awesome, the rooms were beautiful and everything was very clean. Overall, the property is incredible and we can not wait to go back. We also enjoyed the spa with... More

The Caves is very special in that it is a boutique hotel, there are only 12 rooms (huts) scattered throughout the property and each of them are a little different. I stayed in Blue Dolphin and had a pretty view of the Caribbean Sea through the tall green plants. While I took my mom with me, it is a very... More

Stunning views. This hotel was just the best i've ever stay. Awesome vacation in here, truly paradise. Pricey but very worth it. The rooms are so elegant, fully furnished, the bed was so soft and in a big size, very clean and spacey. The Foods are great and the staffs are very friendly and polite. Its just an amazing stay... The caves is an amazing place. I've never stayed in a place where I felt compelled to write a review, but felt this place should be congratulated on a job well done. Food- simple, clean, delicious. The lobster was the best I've had. Staff- always friendly, extremely helpful, always smiling. Our favorites were Randall and Leon. Paul is amazing- he... More

For those frequent travelers of Negril and more specifically the West End, cliff region, you know the panorama that exists there. The high cliffs, the beautiful sunsets, the azure waters, the beautiful natural landscape. This can be enjoyed from The Caves.. from many of the simpler places along the West End road...or from The Caves competitors. So to give The... More

The Caves in Negril is a little taste of paradise. From the gorgeous cliffs, caves, and views to the amazing staff and personal touch, we had an amazing trip and hope to make it back someday. The kitchen staff also made a great effort to accommodate our vegan meal requests and we couldn't have been more pleased. We could request... More

We discovered the Caves on concierge.com and confirmed our decision to spend part of our honeymoon there after reading the reviews on Tripadvisor. It was everything we'd hoped for. Quiet, friendly, secluded, and absolutely sparkling with laid-back luxury. THE ROOMS We stayed in Sea Turtle. I can't imagine a better cottage for a romantic trip. Every night we fell asleep... More
