If you really want to experience Jamaica this is the one and only Hotel. You feel the true Jamaican charme in an quiet and relaxed enviroment. The service and food is excellent. Jamaican live music every evening in a very distinctive way creates a great athmosphare. Many of the staff work at the Inn for more then 10 years, this... More

My wife and I returned to Jamaica Inn for our 3rd year anniversary after having been there for our honeymoon. I wish we could go more often and I'm very glad we returned. Everything was how we remembered it. We stayed in a premiere verandah suite because we love the ocean view from our verandah. The rooms are very clean... More

The hotel is quiet and luxurious. The beds are extra comfortable and the verandah is perfect for relaxing and great to unwind. The food is exquisite and the service is good, but all this comes at a price. When we stayed, we were on room only, so we tried other restaurants. This is quite difficult as the "all inclusive" hotels... More

I have stayed here twice, with my parents, sisters and husband. What we love most is the staff provide a 5* service whilst making you feel as though they are old friends in a real Jamaican feeling environment. I have never been the sort of person who spends much time in resorts, but here you just don't want to leave!... More

The best part of staying at Jamaica Inn was, by far, the food. LOVED breakfast on the terrace everyday. I still long for that breakfast. The food is lovingly prepared, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We also loved the spa . . excellent!. The rooms aren't air-conditioned (which is why I gave an average rating for sleep... More

We would like to thank the reviewer for their kind comments and input about Jamaica Inn. We apologize, but there must be some confusion, as all of our rooms are air conditioned and all of the units were recently upgraded as well. Also, we are fortunate enough to be located on one of the nicest natural private beaches on the... More

For a week's chilling out hard to beat Jamaica Inn.We have stayed in many Caribbean hotels and Jamaica Inn is right up there with the best. This is a mature hotel, happy in it's own skin.It knows exactly what it is and doesn't try to be something else. The key is the staff who were not only full of Jamaican charm but... More

Over the last 22 years we have visited a number of hotels in the Carribean, always coming back to a certain well known, colonial style hotel, in Barbados. Reviewing our holiday plans for spring last year we just felt that the service, staff and management attitude and beach at the hotel we had favoured had deteriorated to such an extent... More

We have traveled for the entire 35 years of our marriage and much of the travel has been to properties in the Caribbean. We have been to Jamaica numerous times and always had a great time. We chose the Jamaica Inn because we were celebrating our anniversary and wanted a hotel that was smaller and not commercialized. We were also... More

Amazing stay at Jamaica Inn to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. I called before arrival to ask advice about best room choices, asking if it was worth upgrading to a cottage for our special occasion. The staff person assured us the cottages were very special, and she was absolutely right. The regular rooms also seemed very nice, with wonderful outside... More

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time at the Jamaica Inn. The beach is beautiful and quiet. The rooms and views are lovely. Mary and the staff is like family- most of them have worked there for years. We met one of the owners, Eric, upon arrival and he was clearly involved in the running of the place. The... More
