Location is brill except for the beach sellers and local youths that hang out on the beach, local shops very pretty but not in abundance. Rooms are clean but need modernising, staff were not overly friendly or helpful but were by no means rude. I would choose a different hotel next time @c_mase5

We stayed here for 2 weeks in September and loved it. The rooms are basic but the hotel was clean, the staff polite and it had good food. I've travelled a lot and this was my fav trip. The whole experience was wonderful and I'm returning next year :)

Have got to say for the price, this was one fab holiday for us as a family of 5 with 3 boys. Watch out for public beaches where your be approached frequently by salespersons. Treat yourself to a suite which is a two floor, 2 balcony maisonette over looking the sea

Escape at the Gap is definitely closed we have just returned and it is so sad to see a good hotel standing empty.
